Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, or unexpected emergencies happen.
If you need to cancel for any reason, a 75% refund will be applied up to 14 days before picking up. 50% refund between 7 and 14 days before picking up. No refund within 7 days before picking up.
If you’d like to reschedule a trip, you may reschedule free of charge for travel within a one-year period of your originally booked dates if we are notified more than 14 days before your trip. Later notice will result in a rescheduling fee of 10% (2-14 days’ notice) or 50% (24-48hr notice) of your original booking amount. You will not be able to reschedule your booking within 24hrs of your pickup time and will forfeit 100% of your booking fee. No future adjustments will be allowed and additional fees for more nights or increase in seasonal nightly rates will apply.
We can’t offer refunds or discounts for early returns, so we suggest keeping the van for the entire length of your booking and checking a few more boxes off your bucket list.
This is a strict policy, and no exceptions will be made.

COVID-19 Policy

Our current cancellation policies will apply in the event you need to rebook or cancel your trip BUT we’ve made it a bit easier on our Guests by allowing you to use the cancellation fee as a CREDIT for a future booking if you have COVID-19, been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or are prevented from travelling due to a government restriction that is NOT a travel advisory, vaccination requirement or mandatory negative test requirement.
